In the event of ordering your dress directly (if there is no Stockist in your area), it is the Bride’s responsibility to check the information they have provided is correct.

As dresses are made to a size chart and a dress is produced to a size which as closely matches the measurements as possible, alterations to create a perfect fit are common and are the responsibility of the bride.

The Bride is responsible for providing accurate and correct measurements in order for the studio to confirm the closest size from our charts. Any fluctuation in sizing following placing the order and providing measurements is the responsibility of the bride and must be rectified by a qualified seamstress.

Unfortunately once the order is placed it cannot be amended. Each dress is made to order and so we are not able to offer refunds or returns. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

All orders are available to be shipped worldwide, which is tracked using a reputable international courier and traceable once leaving our studio. It includes a basic standard level of insurance, it does not cover the full cost of the purchase.

If the bride wants to ensure her dress has fully covered shipping insurance she must upgrade her shipping option at checkout. You can do this post-purchase if you have missed this at the checkout. Please contact the team to arrange it.

The bride is responsible for cost of any customs or duty payable.
